Josh Duhamel Kicked Off Plane for Texting, Says “Sorry”

Do not mess with your flight attendant.

“Transformers” star Josh Duhamel apologized Friday after being yanked from a plane a day earlier for shrugging off requests that he stop texting on his BlackBerry.

TMZ.com first reported Friday that Duhamel was booted from the New York to Kentucky flight shortly before takeoff. After laughing at his flight attendant the third time he was asked to put away his phone, the plane was turned around from the runway at La Guardia, resulting in delays for other passengers, the gossip site reported.

A rep for the actor confirmed to various entertainment sites that Duhamel was escorted off his flight and said he was texting about his flight delay.

“He’s sorry,” Duhamel’s rep told People.

If he’d only taken a lessen in how to travel from his wife, Fergie.

Earlier this week, the Black Eyed Peas frontwoman was spotted dutifully going through the TSA’s controversial new full-body scanners at LAX.
