Lady Gaga Suffers Concussion Mid-Concert

The undeterred singer sang another 16 songs after she was hit in the head

The show must go on — even if Lady Gaga gets a concussion.

Gaga was whacked on the head with a pole mid-set at a concert in New Zealand but went on to perform another 16 songs, The Associated Press reported.

"I want to apologize," she told the crowd after the mishap at her third show in Auckland. "I did hit my head and I think I may have a concussion but don’t you worry I will finish this show."

Video footage of the concert showed a backup dancer accidentally hitting her hard with the set prop while removing it from the center of the stage. Gaga staggered forward and rubbed her head before briefly leaving the stage and returning.

"Gaga has a concussion but she is going to be okay. She wants u to know she loves u. I'm taking care of her.cant believe she finished the show," the singer's make-up artist Tara Savelo tweeted.
