LiLo to Return to Rehab Says Source

Freed from jail on $300,000 bail, Lohan plans to get help

Troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan plans to give rehab another shot.

"She will step up her treatment and do more than what she was previously ordered to do," said a source close to the actress to People.

Struggling with substance abuse, Lohan landed herself back in lockup after she failed a court ordered drug test just weeks after she finished her treatment at UCLA inpatient rehab.  But late Friday night Lohan was freed from jail after her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley filed the writ of habeas corpus on a previous ruling and Lohan posted $300,000 bail.

The star managed to avoid another stint in the slammer, but was still slapped with a SCRAM alcohol monitoring bracelet.  LiLo is banned from owning or possessing any controlled substances without a prescription and can't hang out in bars or places where alcohol is sold in abundance.

Last week, Lohan came clean about her failed drug test and tweeted she would promise to do better.

"Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps  forward every day. I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future," tweeted the actress.

LiLo's legal troubles stem from violating the terms of her probation in a 2007 DUI cases, in which she served 14 days in a suburban Los Angeles jail.

Lohan must return to the courtroom for her next hearing on October 22.
