LiLo, Audrina Patridge Burglar Formally Charged

The man accused of stealing nearly $200,000 worth of valuables from actress Lindsay Lohan and "The Hills" star Audrina Patridge was formally charged with two felonies Tuesday by Los Angeles prosecutors who allege Nicholas Prugo broke into both celebrities' homes.

Prugo, 18, was arrested in September for both burglaries. Lohan's home was broken into in August, while Patridge was robbed in February.

Prosecutors say the thief nabbed more than $43,000 in clothes and jewelry from Patridge's crib and took about $128,000 worth of merchandise from Lohan's home.

Prugo remains free on bail and will be arraigned Nov. 11 in Los Angeles.

He was arrested in February for possession of cocaine, then entered a drug diversion program to deal with the charge. He also has a Nov. 7 court date in relation to that arrest.
