United Airlines unveils Oprah Winfrey-branded aircraft

Her image powers a multi-billion dollar corporation, a TV show, a magazine, a book club, a store and, now, Oprah's famous mug is on a plane.

That's right -- to celebrate Oprah Winfrey's 25th and final  season, United Airlines is revealing a Boeing 757 with imagery from Oprah Winfrey's Farewell Season all over it.

United airlines unveiled the newly-painted plane at Chicago's O'Hare International airport Thursday morning before it headed to Los Angeles.

"And -- hold on to your carry-ons," Oprah teased in a video played at the terminal ceremony.  "It's going to get even better for you."

Each month through May 2011, the airline will award one customer one million United Mileage Plus miles.  Hopefuls should head to for details.

Also, one passenger on Thursday's flight to Los Angeles was to be awarded "enough Mileage Plus miles to fly all the way around the world," announced United Senior Vice President of Marketing Mark Bergsrud.

Could this be the same jet she plans to use when she takes her audience to Australia in December? United Airlines representatives weren't available for comment as of press time, but just imagine John Travolta piloting an Oprah Airliner down under.
