Reality Star Suspect Left Suicide Note: Cops

Jasmine Fiore's body was found in a suitcase

A reality show contestant charged in the gruesome slaying of his ex-model wife left a suicide note on his laptop that expresses love and frustration with the victim, according to police.

Buena Park police Sgt. Bill Kohanek said Monday that the 1½-page note was found on Ryan Jenkins' laptop after the former VH1 reality show contestant hung himself in a Canadian motel room. Kohanek said that Jenkins, 32, wrote that Jasmine Fiore was the love of his life but that he was resentful because he believed she was cheating on him. He also apologized to his family for causing trouble but doesn't mention Fiore's death.

Fiore was found in a suitcase in mid-August, missing the last digit of all her fingers and her teeth, presumably to hamper efforts to identify her.

Jenkins reportedly had a "blow-out fight" with model Jasmine Fiore the last night she was seen alive, ABC News reported.

"He was getting really angry, and it totally set the tone for the rest of the evening," said an insider who was with the couple at the Hilton Hotel in San Diego.

Jenkins reportedly became overcome with jealously when Fiore spent most of her time in the bathroom on the phone and claimed she was talking to her mother.

"He kept screaming, 'Who were you taking to?'" the source said. "At about 1:30, they went up to their room to continue fighting."

Jenkins checked out of the L'Auberge Del Mar, about a half-mile from the Hilton, the following morning withoute Fiore, police said.

Fiore was discovered naked -- with her fingers and teeth missing -- stuffed into a suitcase that was found in a Dumpster in Buena Park, Calif. Cops said she was strangled.
