Zsa Zsa's Tax Debt is Deep Deep: Report

Actress owes cash to the tune of $100K

Zsa Zsa Gabor is in debt to the tune of $100K, according to lawyers who filed a massive lien for the actress several years ago.

The legendary film star reportedly lost about $7 million in Bernard Madoff's far-reaching Ponzi scheme, Gabor lawyer Chris Fields told the Associated Press Saturday.

The tax bill, filed in 2001 and 2002, is part of the fallout, according to Fields.

Gabor, 92, who is married to long-term lover Frederic von Anhalt, is working to square away the debt, Fields said -- and are cooperating with the Internal Revenue Service.

The Hungarian actress and socialite is best known for her rocky love life, which saw the star marry nine times and divorce seven. She starred in some 40 films and a multitude of television shows from 1952 to the mid-1990s.
