Bethany Hamilton would like you to meet her newborn son, Tobias.
The surfer shared a photo of her new family of three on Instagram Monday. The proud new mom and her hubby Adam Dirks are shwn gazing lovingly at their first child against a stunning Hawaiian setting. "Blessed to welcome our son, Tobias, into the world! #stokedmomma," Hamilton wrote.
On June 1, the shark attack survivor posted a beautiful shot of her pregnant silhouette standing in the ocean and wrote, "More and more excited to be a mom each day!"
Back in January, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child in early summer with a video message to their many gleeful fans.
"So we have a little surprise for you...baby on board!" the expectant star said in their joint announcement video online. "She's pregnant!" Dirks added.
"In baby terms I'm about 22 weeks, which is about halfway there," she explained. "It's been a pretty crazy last four months finding out that we're gonna be parents. Life's kinda gonna be changing and kinda just starting to prep for bringing a new little being into the world. It's all really exciting."
