Rejoice "Frozen" fans. Disney is bringing its hit, Oscar-winning animated film to the Great White Way, with a Broadway bow for Anna and Elsa aiming for the spring of 2018.

The stage musical will be directed by Alex Timbers ("Rocky," Disney's "Peter and the Starcatcher"), with a book by the film's screenwriter and co-director Jennifer Lee.

EGOT-winner Robert Lopez ("The Book of Mormon," "Avenue Q") and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, who also composed the songs for the film, will write the score -- featuring songs such as "Love Is an Open Door," "Do You Want to Build a Snowman" and the Oscar-winning "Let It Go."

"Frozen" will be the seventh Disney animated film to transfer to the stage, after "Beauty and the Beast," The Lion King," "Tarzan," "The Little Mermaid," "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" and "Aladdin."

The pre-Broadway engagement will begin in the Summer of 2017, at a theatre yet to be announced.

The 2013 film featured the voices of Idina Menzel ("Rent") and Kristen Bell (TV's "Veronica Mars,") and has gone on to make $1.3 billion worldwide.
