Fey and Poehler Tease “Drunken” Surprises in New Globes Promo

Ceremony hosts and nominees promise a night that will be "wondrous" and "slightly ghetto."

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler promise that when they host the 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards on Jan. 13, the evening will be "splendid," "wondrous," "drunken" and "a little ghetto."

Like the first spot featuring the former "SNL" alums (released the same day the nominations were announced), the tone of the new promo is definitely tongue-in-cheek, with declarations that the evening will be "filled with surprises" and that viewers will experience "extreme pageantry."

"And that's just the red carpet y'all," quips Fey.

While the pair will share the hosting duties,"Parks and Recreation's" Poehler and "30 Rock's" Fey will also be competing for the best actress in a comedy series award.

So with the nominations announced, attention now turns to voting (ballots from eligible voters must be received by Jan. 9) and choosing that perfect ensemble to rock the red carpet.

The 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards, hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, will be broadcast live on NBC Jan. 13.
