Good news for Jenna Jameson.
The adult film star will not face charges stemming from her misdemeanor battery arrest last Saturday, E! News has confirmed.
A rep for the Orange County District Attorney's Office tells E! News that they made the decision not to prosecute due to a lack of sufficient evidence to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt.

Jameson was taken into custody after getting into a heated confrontation with an acquaintance that turned violent before she headed out to her 39th birthday bash at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, Calif. Alas, she didn't make it to the event.
In response to various reports that have surfaced about the incident, Jameson stated to E! News: "These claims are false and the accuser was not a female as reports are claiming, it was a male and was never my assistant or worked for me. I am happy to have the truth come out and ecstatic that the DA's office realized the claims were false as well."
