Wendy Williams Breaks Down Over Relationship With Her Teenage Son

TV host Wendy Williams broke down in tears during a segment on her show, saying her 13-year-old son no longer likes her.

As Williams attempted to speak about Madonna's controversial use of the N-word in a tweet of support to her son Rocco, the syndicated talk show presenter broke down over Madonna's apparent close bond with her son.

"Rocco’s 13 years old, and Rocco is a real fan of his mother," Williams told the audience as her tears began to fall. "What I discovered this weekend is that my son doesn’t like me anymore."

Williams, 49, went on to explain that teenager Kevin now wants to spend more time with his father, Kevin Hunter, who is also her manager.

"You know, he’s all into his father. You know how 13-year-olds are," Williams said as she dabbed at her eyes with a tissue. "I was the same way when I was 13, but it is breaking my heart."

"Anyways, she’s lucky that he likes her," added Williams of Madonna's relationship with Rocco.

To oohs and ahhs of support from the audience, Williams went on to say she understands why Kevin currently gravitates to her husband of 15 years.

"He’s a father. He’s a buddy. They talk sneakers, they go for haircuts, they speed off in the cars, and I’m just left there feeling like, 'Why you so pissed?' I’m not pissed, I’m a mom!" she said.

The full segment can be viewed below. Williams' revelations concerning her relationship with her son begin at the 9:00 minute mark.
