    A new report says that Harvey Weinstein paid $1 million to silence a model who accused him of groping her.

    Ambra Battilana Gutierrez told The New Yorker she signed a nondisclosure agreement after prosecutors decided not to charge him.

    She says she didn't know at the time that the media mogul had a pattern of sexually harassing and abusing women. But she says she felt pressured to sign the agreement.
