Simon Cowell was right about his son Eric: he is a very handsome little boy.
The music mogul introduced his adorable son with girlfriend Lauren Silverman in a series of photographs on his Twitter account on Sunday.
"Mum, Dad and Eric. Now two days old," the "X-Factor" judge captioned one heartwarming black and white snapshot of the new family of three at a New York City hospital.
The 54-year-old Brit is cradling the tiny newborn, who appears to be a little bit fussy when the photo was snapped. The 36-year-old is leaning against her beau and is gazing lovingly at her baby boy.

".... now you can see how very handsome little Eric is," Cowell wrote along with a peaceful close-up of Eric resting.
E! News broke the story that Cowell and Silverman welcomed their first child together on Valentine's Day. The proud papa took to Twitter to reveal his son's name and give an update about his girlfriend.

"Very happy to say Eric was born at 17.45pm. Healthy and handsome," he tweeted, and added, "Lauren in great shape. Thanks for all of your kind messages."
The couple named their first child together after his father, Eric Selig Phillip Cowell, who passed away in 1999.
Cowell's rep added that the newborn weighed 6 pounds and 7 ounces.
