Lindsay Lohan had to cut short her spur of the moment international trip to hype her new film for a previously scheduled appointment: a date with a judge in L.A.

Last Thursday, the same day Lohan was due to appear before Judge Marsha Revel for a probation violation hearing, the troubled startlet took off for the Cannes Film Festival to promote her forthcoming Linda Lovelace biopic, "Inferno." According to statements made by Lohan's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, to the judge, Lohan's passport was reportedly stolen while she was abroad, complicating her return to the U.S. Revel then issued a warrant for Lohan's arrest which was later recalled after bail of $100,000 was posted.

Lohan arrived at Los Angeles International Airport shortly after 7 p.m. Saturday evening, according to Access Hollywood and made her way out of the airport on the departure level to avoid the assembled paparazzi and press. She is now set to appear before Judge Revel on Monday morning.
