Jennifer Aniston's layered bob on "Friends" became a signature look and a trend, but the actress said she'll never let her tresses return to that iconic cut.
The "Wanderlust" star told Allure magazine that she actually despised the 90's era "Rachel."
"Let's just say there have been moments I'd rather not relive, like that whole Rachel thing," 41-year-old Aniston said in the magazine's February issue.
"I love Chris [McMillan, her hairstylist], and he's the bane of my existence at the same time because he started that damn Rachel, which was not my best look," the actress continued. "How do I say this? I think it was the ugliest haircut I've ever seen. What I really want to know is, how did that thing have legs?"
In Allure's new issue, the movie star sports a new blonder 'do with bangs, styled by "Rachel" mastermind McMillan. The actress and stylist go way back, and she admitted she's extra protective about her locks.
"[McMillan] thinks I'm a closet hairdresser," Aniston said. "I'll take the hairdryer right out of his hands. He'll kill me for saying this, but I've surpassed him in that department: I'm faster with the blow-dryer."
The bangs are pinned on, according to Allure, but the length is there to stay-- at least for a while. At the People's Choice Awards and during the filming of upcoming comedy "Wanderlust," Aniston has been rocking the longer locks.
