East Bay Woman's Basketball Ticket Refund Blocked

NBC Bay Area Responds to an East Bay woman who spent $3,000 on basketball tickets but says she never received them. When her shots at a refund kept getting blocked, she turned to Consumer Investigator Chris Chmura’s team to help challenge the call.
