4/12: Rocking to Keep the Faith

Faith No More plus The Ruby Suns

STILL ROCKING DESPITE THE INTERNET: Don't let the Internet steal your faith in good rock and roll. If Faith No More believed everything they read on the World Web Web, they wouldn't be in San Francisco tonight. But they are. The classic rock group, who once famously declared their own album album of the year, take the stage at the Warfield Theatre, 982 Market St. in San Francisco, tonight at 8. And tickets are still available.

BANG FOR YOUR BUCK: There isn't a lot of entertainment bang you can get for $10. But don't tell the folks at the Bottom of the Hill. One of the City's best places to see a show (especially if it's loud and a band you've never heard of) is offering not one entertaining band performing live for $10 but three. The Ruby Suns, Toro Y Moi and dreamdate will play the intimate club at 9 p.m. Rock on!
