The 51st State American Regional Cuisine food truck kicked the tires on its new operation Wednesday at Drumm and Washington streets in San Francisco, according to Grub Street.
The mobile kitchen's menu is being called a "metaphorical road trip bringing home some of America's most quintessential regional dishes" by its owners. We're not quite sure what that means.
