Be Chef For a Day at Puccini & Pinetti

Puccini & Pinetti in San Francisco introduces the food world equivalent of fantasy football camp with its new charitable fundraiser. Executive chef Richard Hodge invites the public to figuratively try on his toque and see what's involved with restaurant service by shadowing various stations and helping with preparations in the kitchen. Come armed with any questions you like, but we suggest asking Hodge how he makes the restaurant's storied pasta nachos.
