If your little guy or girl is asking whether reindeer are real, you can prove they are by making a visit to the San Francisco zoo.
The reindeer arrive on Saturday, Nov. 22 with an annual Reindeer Romp event and will stay for the rest of the calendar year.
The group is among the most celebrated of holiday guests.
You can meet Holly, Velvet, Peppermint and Belle throughout the holiday season.
They are on loan from Oregon-based Operation Santa Clause, but will spend the next several weeks in their temporary home at the Playfield Lawn.
The reindeer will not only prove they really exist, they also help education people of all ages about the breed.
The zoo is also offering another holiday tradition this year in the form of an ice skating rink.
Taking in the reindeer is free. The ice skating will cost you $8.
