BART riders, pack up your laptops and take a nap, 'cause that $20 million project to install wireless Internet throughout the system looks like the next thing to go on indefinite suspension. Wi-Fi Fail Rail says fundraising has been delayed because BART hasn't signed the contract. But the company also admits that even if a contract were signed, the credit crunch would still delay financing.
