Some big changes are underway for Potrero Hill neighborhood bar Sadie's Flying Elephant. The people behind Whiskey Thieves and Thieves Tavern have apparently bought the place; no word yet on when—or even if—major changes will take place on Potrero Avenue, but already a few regular features are doneski.
