As expected, it'll be a few months before significant menu changes go down, and if you watched last season of Top Chef, you shouldn't be surprised to hear that the word on Powell Street is that the handmade pasta is going to be making appearances. NAPA—Now open for almost exactly a month, Elements Restaurant & Enoteca has added lunch to their arsenal. The initial plan is that the joint will open at 11:30 for lunch service, do the gourmet sandwiches/salads bit, and then stay open until dinnertime.
