HAYES VALLEY—While Orson keeps reinventing itself, Elizabeth Falkner's flagship, Citizen Cake, is making some moves itself to keep up with the times. Not only has Falkner hired a new GM—Randy Tweedle, who has Danko and Ramsay on his resume—but she's working with a new menu too. [EaterWire]

THE SUNSET—More changes in store for the Ninth and Irving nabe, where according to a tipster, Darla's is for sale too: "It's a hamburger place which states 'Best Burger in SF' ... I noticed the ad on craigslist for $150,000 you get the lease and equipment but not the menu or name." Indeed, as our Sunset source points out, with the PJ's space, Eldo's space and several other spaces in flux, the area is definitely headed for a makeover. [EaterWire]
