Way back in May, when Tavern on the Green's Metreon location was first announced, we took a long look at the venue's sad state of current affairs, but now, they've unveiled some early plans—or rather, philosophies—for the remodel: "Sources briefed by the developers say that food and culture rather than retail will drive the reconfigured four-story building...the ground floor will feature more than a dozen food options, from standalone restaurants with entrances on Fourth Street to smaller 500-square-foot kiosks like those found in San Francisco Centre's basement food court."
