Owning to the success of its original Emeryville location, Rudy's Can't Fail Cafe (1805 Telegraph at 18th; 510-251-9400) will officially open its second restaurant on June 6 in Oakland. The new spot is adjacent to the Fox Theater and features a private room with VIP access to the concert venue. Named after a classic song by the Clash and partially owned by Green Day's Mike Dirnt, it's a rockin' spot with a lot of whimsical detail.
