David Hyde Pierce, who is most known for portraying Dr. Niles Crane on the long-running series Frasier, just listed his Spanish Colonial estate located in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles, reports Forbes. The actor meticulously restored the crib in 2004 and the improvements are apparent in every stunning room in the house. Such a sweet home though doesn't come cheap. The Emmy-winning actor has his estate listed on the open market for a whopping $7.5 million.
Pierce's home is located in the trendy Los Feliz 'hood of Los Angeles. The actor picked up the crib in the Spring of 2003 for $3.625 million.
The mansion hasn't just been owned by a celeb, but it comes with a rich history as well. The Los Feliz estate was constructed in pre-market crash days of 1929 by OR Fuller of the Auburn-Fuller car company. According to Curbed , the actor's house was designed by Harry Hayden Whiteley and originally decorated by George A. Sagar.

The three-story residence includes this step-down living room, which features dark wood floors, French doors that lead out to the balcony, and a large carved stone mantelpiece and fireplace.
A look at the stunning den that also is located on the home's main floor. While Pierce is perhaps most recognized for his role as Dr. Niles Crane, he is also known for providing voice over work, and acting in various stage productions (he even won a Tony for his role in the Broadway show Curtains).
Gaze up at the ceiling in the large formal dining room and you'll notice hand-stenciled designs in the wood. The room also includes French doors that open to the veranda (though likely, you'll be too enamored with the stenciled designs to notice).
A look at the gigantic kitchen, which reportedly retains a wall of the original kitchen. Included in the restorations is a huge center island and a large walk-in pantry, as well as a very glossy yellow tiled ceiling.
A closer look at the impressive chandelier, unique wood ceiling, and wrought iron banister in the actor's pad. The entire house spans about 8,100 square feet.
The master suite boasts incredible views of the L.A. cityscape.
One feature of the house that needed no restoration: the incredible views, which are afforded from the master suite and many of the rooms in the impressive 1929 spread.
Pierce's home features 8.5 bathrooms. The master bathroom here includes white marble throughout and a large bathtub with a colorful stained glass fixture above.
A look at the built-in shelving that is chock full of books. Something tells us that Pierce, a noted thespian and Yale grad, read most of the titles on the shelf.
Pierce's mansion includes six bedrooms. There's also a one bed-bedroom, two-bathroom guest house on the property.

The bottom floor of the home boasts this home theater that includes large red recliner seats and an original brick fireplace. Also on the lower level is a home gym, storage room, wine vault (something Pierce's character, Dr. Niles Crane would've loved), and a spa-style bathroom with steam and sauna facilities.
Looking for indoor-outdoor living? That's no problem in the actor's mansion that includes plenty of terraces and balconies.
