It leaked online a week or two ago, but the Esquire restaurant awards are now officially up. We rather enjoyed the Q&A with Chez Papa Resto's hostess, named by Mariani as Hostess of the Year: "ESQ: Are you good enough to tell when it's an important night for someone?
