The loft space is a combination between units 302 and 303 in the Mill Building in Williamsburg. Original features of the home include the large windows, wood-beamed ceiling, iron columns and wide-planked hardwood floors. The rest of the condo unit has been entirely transformed (for better or for worse) by Deyn herself.

Even Deyn's taste for the quirky permeate the two bathrooms in her home. This one is outfitted with mirrored walls and a freestanding custom onyx soaking tub.
