Excellent local kraut-inspired synth wizards Jonas Reinhardt recently teamed up with Norwegian-based disco-revivalist Prins Thomas to record a series of predictably heady jams, two of which you can currently stream for free over at SoundCloud. We are absolutely loving the ten plus minute party starter "World 13," which finds the ever-evolving band dabbling in the cosmic territory mastered by Prins Thomas frequent partner in crime Lindstrom -- get lost in it. While we have yet to see an official release date, word is the collaborative 12" is do out later on Thomas' Internasjonal imprint later this spring.
Digging Jonas Reinhardt's recent foray into the dance world? You can catch the band in action tonight, as they play a sure to be memorable show with Rhode Island-based noise legends Lightning Bolt at Oakland's New Parish. Tickets are $12 and show is at 8 p.m.
