On Thursday, Oct. 15, the Westin St. Francis will be overtaken with designs by Lily Samii, possibly the most glamorous fashion designer in the Bay Area.
Samii will be sending her high-quality garments down the runway on Look Agency models in a benefit for the Arthritis Foundation. The event, planned by the Bay Area Auxiliary, includes a luncheon, reception, and silent auction, and will donate proceeds to the foundation's northern California chapter.
Honorary co-chair Layne Gray hosted a pre-show party on June 9 at her home in Pacific Heights. The gathering honored Lily Samii, who is celebrating the 20th anniversary of her company this year, and focused forward with great anticipation towards the upcoming show.
