One Republic Plays San Francisco

The oh so lovely boys of One Republic will bring their chizzled bodies, good looks and their music to the Bay Area next week.

The band - made up by Ryan Tedder, Zach Filkins, Drew Brown, Brent Kutzle and Eddie Fisher - will play the Nob Hill Masonic Center on Nov. 14. OneRepublic rose to fame with its hit "Apologize," which was not even the song's original version, but a remix heard on "Timbaland Presents: Shock Value."

The rock band has been produced by hip hop icon Timbaland, who also produced hip hop acts such as Missy Elliott, Jay-Z Justin Timberlake, Aaliyah and Nelly Furtado. "It sounds insane," Tedder said in a statement. "But Timbaland is the single most musical guy I've ever met, no matter the genre. That's why we said, 'Let's do it.' If you do things for the right reason, good things happen." The band will be joined by The Spill Canvas, Augustana and The Hush Sound.
