Thin Crust Pizza and Fine Pasta Coming to the Mission

The Mission: Due in mid-April on the corner of Harrison and 20th is Flour + Water, the joint project by David Steele and David White, who was last seen getting the Bauer tres at Nua.

As you've probably heard by now (La Hopper has been poking around too), it's an Italian joint, specializing in wood-fired thin crust Neapolitan pizza, house-made pastas and house-cured meats. Sean Quigley is designing the interior—see the juicy renderings above—and the kitchen will even include a Valoriani pizza oven. Stay tuned for updates.
