The new address of San Francisco's Top Chef is no longer a secret. It is 822 Washington Blvd. but that is not in San Francisco. That is in Venice, Calif.
Former Absinthe chef Jamie Lauren was introduced as the new chef at Beechwood, according to Grub Street.
It has long been known that the former reality television show contestant was leaving the Bay Area to pursue a new life in Los Angeles but she had not been tied to a restaurant.
Lauren will take over the highly reviewed restaurant after former owner and chef Brooke Williamson left. Lauren will fill her new role as executive chef starting in October.
