The Marina: We've known for some time now that someone had pounced on the Chestnut Street space left vacant when Andale shuttered back in the spring, and thanks to a tipster, now comes word that there's fresh signage up. The occupant of 2150 Chestnut is Chilayo, which will be headed by none other than chef/farmer Jorge Saldana from Tlaloc in the FiDi and Cancun in Berkeley. He's penned a pretty extensive introduction to the 'hood, the farm-to-table philosophy is evident, and the place will keep a similar theme.
