As expected, the Supreme Court has denied the GGRA's application for an emergency order that would have immediately halted the employer spending requirement of the health care mandate.
As we understand it, the ball is now in the restaurants' court once again and the GGRA can still try to appeal the merits of the program to the Supreme Court. Update: Mayor Gavin's official statement (pdf).
