All openings, big and small, get served up on a regular basis by The Dish. Know of a new restaurant or bar that we've missed? Do pass along your sightings.
1) The Marina: Only a week-plus after it was proclaimed open elsewhere, Ramen Club actually opened for the first time yesterday. Right next door to Bin38, it kept a similar layout to the former tenant, Kwanjai Thai, with tables running through the space and kitchen in the back. The ramen prices are a bit steep (low to mid teens) so we're thinking it's for the Marina crowd. That, and the fact that it also serves sushi. 3242 Scott Street, between Chestnut and Lombard; (415) 346-8882 [EaterWire]
2) Oakland: A sequel to the very popular Soizic, Mua Lounge held its soft openings over the weekend and will debut tonight. The artsy studio vibe is loud and clear from the photos of the 6000 square foot space on the site, not to mention the site itself. It's in an old Art Deco building, and short tapas-style menu has the eclectic nature to match, with everything from kimchi to lasagna. 2442a Webster Street, Oakland; (510) 238-1100; website [EaterWire]
3) Chinatown/North Beach: We still don't know how "the fastest growing international vegan fast food chain in the world" found its way to the corner of Stockton and Vallejo without any neighborhood opposition, but lo and behold, there she is. Loving Hut opened Saturday to a huge crowd, but the website continues to fascinate us. It's amazingly nutty. Explore it, maybe go on the food tour, be peaceful. 1365 Stockton Street, at Vallejo; website [EaterWire]
4) San Carlos: Dear Pinkberry, Red Mango will see your upcoming Santana Row location and raise you fivefold. The third of five planned Red Mango locations opened this weekend on Laurel, and you can bet the froyo heavies are trying to figure out a way to splash into San Francisco before long. 852 Laurel Street, San Carlos; (650) 598-9392; website [EaterWire]For more stories from Eater SF, go to sf.eater.com.
