Ice skating, funny Bay Area comics and open mics

Enjoy the cold weather with a nice lap around the ice rink at the Embarcadero Center. Sessions begin at 10 a.m. at One Embarcadero Center in San Francisco and run into the evening. Free parking is also available. One of the Bay Area's funniest men will perform at the Punch Line Comedy Club. W. Kamau Bell will perform at 444 Battery St. in San Francisco at 8 p.m. Tickets are available at the door. The Freight & Salvage Coffee House in Berkeley will host the Bay Area's longest running open mic event at 8 p.m. All you aspiring mc's and poets are welcome to grab the mic and drop a little something something. The fun starts at 8 p.m. at 1111 Adison St. in Berkeley.
