Still can't figure out how to work your computer or your cell phone? You're certainly not alone. A survey released Sunday by the nonprofit Pew Research Center shows that 48 percent of adults who use the Internet or have a cell phone or computer say they usually need someone else to set up their device or show them how to use it.
