A man was caught on video appearing to take up multiple parking spots in the city of Long Beach.
"I've told him 'hey, people want to park there'," a resident said he told the man in the video. But the response from the man was "not today, they don't."
Security video shows a man using cones and leaving significant space in between his vehicles, thus leaving less space for others to park.
"It makes people barbaric when it comes to parking," the man said.
