Snowstorm Closes Yosemite Roads For Season

It's official.

Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are closed.

Massive snowfall led Yosemite National Park officials to close the two access points for the winter season, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

Drivers can still visit Yosemite Valley, but must do so with tire chains and can no longer cross the Sierra on Highway 120 from east to west.

The roads were first closed in November, but the season-long closures were not put into effect until recently.
