A man sued the Los Angeles Dodgers Tuesday, alleging he was attacked by security guards in a Dodger Stadium restroom during a game last spring.
A representative of the Dodgers could not be immediately reached for comment on the suit filed by Daniel Antunez in Los Angeles Superior Court. He's seeking unspecified damages.
Cellphone video inside Dodger Stadium last April shows Antunez swarmed by security guards, escorting him and his friends down the concourse.
Antunez went with friends to see the Dodgers play the Florida Marlins on April 24, 2018, to celebrate his birthday, according to his court papers.
Members of the security team became involved after a woman with Antunez accidentally spilled beer on another fan, according to the plaintiff.
"He announced he's going to the restrom," Antunez attorney Daniel DiDoneto said. "Basically [he] was pushed, tackled, thrown to the ground by three, four or maybe more security personnel.
The attorney shared documents and x-rays in support of a $2 million dollar lawsuit filed Tuesday for a client he said suffered a broken ankle, was handcuffed by security and pushed to the exit of the stadium in a wheelchair.

Antunez' lawsuit follows the case of Rafael Reyes, who was hospitalized on life support since Dodger fans beat him on the parking lot last month. Reyes' family said Dodger security failed.
Daniel Antunez' lawyer believes scrutiny of Dodger security is overdue.
"They just went overboard with just a regular guy," he said, "and it's unclear why."
