100-Year-Old Pipe Bursts in SF's Haight Neighborhood

A six-inch water main broke in San Francisco on Monday morning, causing about 50 homes to be without water as crews set to fixing the 100-year-old pipe.

The pipe burst about 6 a.m.  in the 700 block of Waller Street in the city's Haight neighborhood, according to the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.

According to the utility's tweet, there was one block without water but no reported property damage.
