    A big rig carrying 22 tons of garbage overturned on the Auto Mall Parkway on-ramp to northbound Interstate 680 in Fremont, according to the California Highway Patrol.

    The incident was reported at 7:34 a.m. Saturday. The on-ramp is closed while crews work to remove the truck and garbage from the area. CHP said no one was injured in the incident.

    The driver said he was going 15 mph when turning on the on-ramp, according to the CHP.
