A 265-square-foot studio is on the market for $425,000 in San Francisco.
Real estate blog Curbed calls the Baker Street listing the smallest dwelling for sale in the city, beating a previous titleholder that is 291 square feet.
The studio features a bedroom, kitchen, and remodeled bathroom. It has a tenancy in common and HOA dues of $145 per month.
Open houses will be held on April 5 and April 7, according to Redfin.
"Price is a real price, not a teaser," reads the listing. "Seller will re-rent if it doesn't sell April 22nd."
