4 Teens Arrested in San Ramon Flare Gun Shootings: Police

Four teens have been arrested in connection with flare gun shootings in San Ramon, police said Monday.

Police said no less than seven homes were shot at by the suspects between 10 a.m. Saturday and early Sunday. Vehicles were also shot at by the suspects. It appears the residences and vehicles were randomly targeted, according to police.

All suspects are 15-16 years old and have been booked into Juvenile Hall in Martinez. Three of the suspects are San Ramon residents and the other is a resident of Danville.

The teens face multiple felony counts of shooting into an inhabited dwelling and conspiracy.

Police said a vehicle used during the shootings has also been located. Twelve-gauge flares were also found in the vehicle, police said.
