More than four months after 21-year-old Michael Dejuan Jones was fatally shot in Pleasant Hill, police there are asking the public for help to track down his killer.

More than four months after 21-year-old Michael Dejuan Jones was fatally shot in Pleasant Hill, police there are asking the public for help to track down his killer.

The Pleasant Hill Police Department and Bay Area Crime Stoppers are offering a $5,000 reward to anyone who provides information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect or suspects involved in Jones's murder, police said.

The 21-year-old was walking from his car to a friend's house in Devonshire Court the night of Feb. 10 when he was shot, according to police.

Police said several people were seen leaving the area in a blue Saturn Vue immediately after the shooting.

Investigators continue to conduct interviews, to follow up on potential leads and analyze evidence.
