A vehicle collision involving a police officer on I-680 just north of Hwy. 101 in San Jose has blocked all northbound lanes, according to CHP.
Traffic is being diverted off of McLaughlin Avenue.
The officer has been taken to the hospital.
It is not yet known when lanes will reopen.
No other information was immediately available.
