Lost Alzheimer's Patient Found in South Bay

Please keep an eye out for this elderly man or his 1996 teal green GMC truck

UPDATE: Good news! Alfred Guzman was found after he tripped and fell at a San Jose 7-11 and needed to go to the hospital. In the ER they figured out who he was and called his family. Doctors say he is in "good condition."

The family of a man with Alzheimer's Disease is asking for the public's help. Alfred Guzman, 79, has not been seen since Friday morning at 8:45.

That's when Guzman left his home in Morgan Hill. He was last seen on Dougherty Avenue around 8:45 a.m. in a 1994 teal green GMC truck with the license plate 4X67167.

Because Guzman suffers from Alzheimer’s Disease, he has no short or long term memory. Guzman takes medication for his condition but did not take his medication today.

His family says he has not driven a vehicle since 2007. He also was not carrying money, an ID, or a cell phone.
